The Prolimit Fire 2/2 Shorty Double Frontzip 2026 is built exactly for that. This shorty wetsuit combines a snug fit with an ultralight construction, so you can fully focus on your session without your suit getting in the way. The Blue/Peach colorway also turns heads on the beach.
At a thickness of 2/2mm, the Fire Shorty is ideal for warm water temperatures in summer, or for tropical spots where your suit shouldn't overheat you but still offers protection. The suit keeps you cool enough for long sessions, while still providing sufficient protection against wind and abrasion from your harness and your board. The Airflex 550+ lining adds extra stretch and durability, without compromising the lightweight feel of the suit.
The Fire Shorty is made from NaturePrene2 Oystershell, an FSC-certified and completely neoprene-free material. That sounds impressive, and it is. Prolimit has developed a suit with this material that feels lighter than traditional neoprene, stretches better and is produced with sustainability in mind. The Zodiac 2 with Velvet Airflex lining on the inside makes the suit pleasantly soft against the skin.
Getting into the suit is lightning fast thanks to the backzip. This closure runs along the spine and is large enough to put on and take off without any hassle, even when your hands are still wet.
