The core of this North kiteboard is made from a full Triaxial Carbon laminate reinforced with an upgraded 3DY Beam, a carbon Y-structure running from the center to the rails to better distribute force around the bindings. This keeps the board stable under high load and gives you maximum control before, during, and after takeoff. The stiff profile ensures very little flex when edging, resulting in explosive and direct pop. On the bottom, a double concave flows into a deep V-spine, helping to absorb shocks and keeping your landings straight, even at high speeds. The medium rocker makes it ideal for powered riding, while the slightly pulled-in tips allow early planing and efficient handling in strong wind. The board stays stable and predictable even in choppy water. Channels in the rails and tips provide additional grip while edging, especially when building pressure before takeoff. There’s also a subtle grip channel on the upper edge of the rail, making it easier to grab during board-off tricks, it sits closer than the grab handle for faster reach. The FlipTech insert system allows you to rotate your bindings, so you can ride both sides of the board evenly, doubling rail life. The board comes with a grab handle and durable 40 or 50mm composite fins.
