The legs are cut off just below the knee, so you step in and out in seconds. Frontzip open, legs in, arms through, zip up and go. Mystic built this one for kiters who want to be on the water the moment it starts blowing, not five minutes later.

What makes this wetsuit special is where it ends. Plenty of short suits stop halfway down your thigh, which leaves your knees unprotected against your kiteboard or the shore. This one runs down to just below the knee, so the 4-way stretch Hex-tech knee pads sit exactly where they should. That Super-tex material is built to take impact and abrasion, so your knees are covered just as well as in a fullsuit. Only without the heat and the hassle of long legs.

Apart from that, this is a full-on 4/3. Your torso and arms get 4 by 3mm neoprene, lined with the new Fox Fleece Ultra. That thermal lining is the softest and warmest Mystic has made so far, is built from 50% recycled material and comes with a two-tone finish. The outside is recycled XTR stretch material that stretches smoothly and lasts plenty of sessions. The 3D design gives you a refined fit with less flush, so hardly any cold water gets in during your session.

The seams are glued and blind stitched (GBS), with the needle going only halfway through the neoprene so no holes are left behind. On the inside the seams are fully taped with water repellent stretch taping, strong but flexible enough to follow everything you do.
