The secret lies in the revolutionary Natural Rubber foam. This neoprene-free rubber is made from oyster shell powder, soybean oil and eco-carbon black. Sounds crazy, but the result is phenomenal! You get the same insulation and flex as traditional neoprene, but without the environmental impact. With 4mm thickness on the torso and 3mm on arms and legs, you have the perfect balance between warmth and freedom of movement for spring and fall sessions.

On the inside you'll find two amazing upgrades. The new Hot Stuff 3.0 lining has thicker loops that trap more air for better heat insulation, perfect for moderate temperatures. This lining is made from recycled nylon and is the stretchiest thermal lining in the entire ION range! On the lower legs and sleeves, the improved Silk Stuff 2.0 provides ultimate comfort on your bare skin.

The Maki Tape 2.0 seams are a technical masterpiece. This super elastic neoprene tape reinforces the seams on the inside at crucial spots. Glued and blind stitched to keep water out, but with maximum flex. Equipped with practical features like drain holes, this wetsuit protects you against incoming water, even during heavy crashes. The frontzip closure on the chest provides extra freedom of movement and keeps water out better than a traditional backzip.

The coolest feature is the four unique water defenders, two per leg. This patented ION innovation prevents your wetsuit from riding up and keeps you extra warm, without needing straps.
