With the Ding All Super Polyester Repair Kit you tackle medium to large damage in your polyester board yourself. This repair kit from Ding All has been around since 1987 and is still the most popular choice for repairing polyester dings.

The kit has everything you need to work fast and clean. From the resin and hardener to fiberglass cloth, sanding pads and even a manual. You don't need to buy anything extra and can get started straight away. Ideal for when your board needs to be ready just in time for the next session.

The heart of the kit is the 250A Silmar sanding resin, the same polyester resin used in most polyester surfboards. The resin is ultra clear and non-yellowing, so your repair looks clean and won't turn yellow. At 25 degrees the resin cures in about 60 minutes, so you're not stuck working on it for hours. For bigger holes in the foam there's a Q-Cell filler pack included, so you can fill up first before you laminate.

The 15 by 68 cm fiberglass cloth gives your repair its strength back, and with the double-sided sanding pads (80 and 120 grit) you finish everything off nice and smooth. You simply reuse the measuring cups, just pop the cured resin out. As a bonus there's a Sun Cure Mini Fiberfill tube included, a UV curing resin that lets you fix small dings in the sun in a couple of minutes.
