The Core Ripper 5 Surfboard is the latest evolution of an iconic waveboard in the Core line up. Where the 720 focuses more on strapless freestyle, the Ripper 5 is all about pure, smooth and powerful wave riding performance. Clean lines, deep carves and maximum control in all conditions. From long rolling swells to steep hollow sections, the Ripper 5 always feels stable, fast and playful.

The shortboard outline with subtle fish inspired elements delivers fast acceleration and a lively feel under your feet. The progressive three stage rocker adds drive in smaller waves and provides maximum grip and control during strong bottom turns and precise top turns. The lightweight EPS core with T10 PET top deck makes the board extremely strong, responsive and durable, offering excellent impact resistance for heavy landings.

The single concave bottom adds extra drive and grip, while tucked under rails give instant response and confidence in the turns. The mini swallow tail provides lift and speed without sacrificing control. With the original FCS II fin system, you can switch fins in seconds and easily fine tune your setup from extra grippy to loose and skatey.

The Core Ripper 5 Surfboard comes strapless as standard, although it is completely strap ready for riders who want maximum control in heavy surf or during aggressive maneuvers. It comes equipped with a rear traction pad and leash plug so you can head straight to the water.
