Airush has enlisted designer Clinton Filen and the international team to create three different shapes, each with its own specialization. The Airush OS-1 Surfboard is specially designed for Down-the-Line surfing and is the most agile surfboard in the Airush lineup. Down-the-Line surfing involves riding diagonally along the wave, just ahead of the breaking section. By doing this, you gain more speed and can enjoy the wave for longer!

The Airush OS-1 is the favorite surfboard of team rider Oswald Smith, who has put it to the test multiple times. The OS-1 offers excellent grip, allowing you to confidently go for those top and bottom turns. The high rocker ensures that the surfboard doesn't easily catch when descending a wave and provides a playful feel under your feet. The OS-1 is slightly heavier than most surfboards, which makes it more stable on the water and prevents unwanted bouncing. The elongated outline improves traction, while the razor-sharp rails create impressive sprays.

The Airush OS-1 Surfboard features a Reflex Carbon construction. In this construction, both the top and bottom decks are fully covered with Reflex Carbon for maximum strength while keeping the weight relatively low. Riding waves exerts a lot of force on the surfboard, so it needs to be reinforced from front to back. In the Airush OS-1 Surfboard, this is accomplished through a Double I-Beam stringer. The core of the surfboard is made from lightweight EPS.
